Operation Clean Sweep Scheduled to Clean Up Your Town

 On Saturday, April 29th at the parking lot adjacent to the Caboose, various programs will be offered. Between 8am-12pm, the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence will be collecting used cell phones and the Warwick Valley Coalition will be hosting an unused prescription pill drop-off in conjunction with the DEA between 9am-12pm. Also, the Warwick Lions Club will host old eyeglass and hearing aid collection as well as a shredding truck in the South Street parking lot between 9am–12pm. There is a suggested $5 donation per box or bag. Programs offered offsite include electronics recycling at The Computer Guy at 14 West Street and motor oil collection and recycling at Leo Kaytes Ford, 145 Route 94 South.
