Friday, June 15th Tavern on the Mountain at The Hidden Valley Club in Vernon, hosts a Dinner and Comedy Night with Uncle Floyd to Benefit The Association for Special Children and Families.
Dinner: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Show begins at 8:30 p.m.
Having had his own TV show on local New York and New Jersey Markets from 1974 until 1998, Uncle Floyd has mastered comedy.
Although Oogi doesn't perform with Uncle Floyd these days, his one hour show is filled with humor, piano music and the best in slapstick comedy.
Uncle Floyd now performs at casinos, resorts and private events around the country. He is also the host of the The Italian-American Serenade radio program.
Airing on Sundays from WVIP, 93.5 FM in New Rochelle, New York, it serves Italian-speakers and their descendants with new and vintage Italian-language songs.
The show has been airing every Sunday from 11:00 am. to 2:00 p.m., since 1987.
Dinner will consist of three courses, appetizer, entree, dessert and coffee.
Proceeds from this event will benefit The Association for Special Children and Families.
Tickets are $30.00 and can be purchased at www.tavernonthemountain.com
This concert is open to those 21 and over.
Tavern on the Mountain Restaurant and Bar is open Tuesday through Sunday.
Tuesday through Saturday the restaurant serves dinner 4-10 pm.
Sunday lunch service begins at 11 a.m. until 8 pm. | ||||||
