A delicious dinner event at the Seligman Farm Estate
celebrating the collaboration of cultures
that make the Black Dirt Region what it is today...

The 'Local Heritages' menu on 2/26 will feature:
'Rosol with Kluski' ~ Polish chicken soup with home made noodles,
'Bigos' ~ Polish stew,
'Golabki' ~ Cabbage rolls in tomato sauce,
Vegetarian Enchiladas,
Pork 'Carnitas' ~ Flour tortillas with pulled pork,
Onion Potato Gratin and fresh locally baked breads.
for Dessert, enjoy Ginger Bread & Plantanos ~ fried bananas in tortillas with honey.
Coffee, teas and spring water are served with dinner

Live music graciously provided by Classical and Jazz pianist Bill Pernice.

You are warmly invited to join your neighbors at an upcoming Sugar Loaf Sunday Social supper!
Experience a wonderful gathering of local community...
Enjoy gourmet meals & good music while supporting the farm worker community.
We're all in the recovery from Hurricane Irene and TS Lee together.
There is much work still to be done and generous help is still needed... for the entire Black Dirt farming community.

100% of the proceeds from the 'Sugar Loaf Sunday Social' supper series
supports the farm worker community served by the Alamo in Pine Island.

Due to the overwhelming popularity & RAVE reviews of the first Sugar Loaf Sunday Social in January,
reservations are very strongly suggested!
Walk-ins will be seated after reservations have been honored, space permitting.
The suggested donation is $20 per person, 2 dine for $35.

Reservations for Sunday,February 26th
CLOSE at 5 p.m. Friday, February 24th
