February's market will include several special vendors, made to order breakfasts in the barn kitchen, and a free chance at the "Pine Island Farmers' Market Roulette” where you might win products from the market's vendors and sponsors.  

Chef Alex Barron from Breezy Point in Greenwood Lake will provide a cooking demonstration and tasting from 10am to noon. Shalimar Alpacas will display an array of woven goods handcrafted with the fibers from their alpaca herd. Gardens by Kelley features a large variety of locally grown teas and healthcare items. Enjoy local musician Gayle Donnelly performing from 11:30am to 1pm. Edge of Knife will be available to provide knife sharpening services. Our community table features Pets Alive with a variety of items for sale with proceeds supporting their work in animal rescue. Chase Bank will be at the market promoting their new branch.

Market Vendors include Acorn Hill Farm (goat cheeses, fudge), Black Dirt Gourmet (prepared foods), Bobolink Dairy and Bake house (cheeses and breads), Bru Organics (cacao), Fontanarosa’s Pasta, Janet’s Quality Baked Goods, Lowland Farm (grass fed beef), Onion Country Kitchens (jams, syrup), Pazdar Winery, Picklelicious (pickled products), Snoep Winkel Farm (meat, poultry, eggs), Sunrise Mountain Soaps, Sweet Things Wild Thyme (honey, honey combs, lip balm), and W. Rogowski Farm (produce, dairy, milled products).
